GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE HIRE OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SKI EQUIPMENT RENTAL

  1. For rentals by individuals under 18 years of age, an adult must be present to accompany and assume responsibility. According to these general terms and conditions, the term "user" refers either to the adult user or the adult assuming responsibility for the minor user.
  2. The equipment is not insured. With a regulatory agreement, by adding 10% to the rental price, in the event of breakage, 75% of the cost will be covered by LIMITT and the remaining 25% by the user. This insurance must be expressly requested by the customer at the time of equipment pickup.
  3. The user must present a valid original ID when collecting the equipment. From the moment the rental items are handed over, the user authorizes the provider to charge for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented equipment. In case of theft or irreparable damage, the full retail price will be charged. In case of partial damage, repair costs, including labor, will be charged according to a specific repair estimate.
  4. If the user provides false information, the provider reserves the right to report it to the judicial authorities, including under Article 494 of the Italian Penal Code (impersonation).
  5. The provider will inspect the functionality of the returned items to check for any damage incurred during the rental period.
  6. If the equipment is misused, the provider may request its immediate return at any time, which the user is obliged to comply with. The provider retains the right to seek compensation for any damages.
  7. Rented items must be returned no later than 6:00 PM. In case of delay, unless previously communicated, the user or the responsible adult authorizes an additional day's rental charge.
  8. Rented items are for personal use only and may not be transferred to third parties. The user assumes full responsibility.
  9. Rented items are considered returned only if handed back directly to LIMITT staff.
  10. Equipment must be used in a way that avoids harm to people, property, and the equipment itself. Users must follow ski slope regulations.
  11. The user is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period, including for any damage to themselves, the equipment, third parties, or property. The provider assumes no liability for injuries or damage caused by the use or tampering of the rented items by third parties.
  12. Any damage to rented items is the responsibility of the user.
  13. No refund will be issued for early returns, unless due to illness or injury, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
  14. Online bookings can be cancelled until 9:00 AM the day before the rental period begins. After that time, no refund is due.
  15. By renting from LIMITT, the user accepts these general terms and conditions, the applicable rates displayed to the public, and the opening and closing times of the facility.
  16. By providing their data in accordance with point 3, the user consents, pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003, to the processing of personal data indicated in the request form for statistical use and for advertising and commercial communications from the provider regarding the services and products offered.

The provider assumes no liability for injuries or damage caused by the use or tampering of the rented items by third parties. The equipment is not covered by any insurance.
  11. Any damage to rented items is the responsibility of the user.
  12. No refund will be issued for early returns of rented items.
  13. Online reservations for bicycles are non-refundable.
  14. The provider is not responsible for the correct size selection of the bicycles. The choice of size is entirely the customer’s responsibility, and the customer confirms they have verified the suitability of the selected equipment. Any inconvenience or issue resulting from incorrect sizing cannot be attributed to the provider and does not entitle the customer to compensation or refunds.
  15. By renting from LIMITT, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions, the applicable rates displayed to the public, and the opening and closing times of the facility.
  16. By providing their data in accordance with point 2, the user consents, pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003, to the processing of personal data indicated in the request form for statistical use and for advertising and commercial communications from the provider regarding the services and products offered.
